My guess is that, unless the most wild of the conspiracy theories are to be believed, and I hope they are not, is that this "Continuity of Government" plane is actually the undisclosed location Cheney was hurried to, and from which he directed operations on that day.
And by directed operations...I mean gave the shoot down order we've heard so much about his not having the actual authority to give when he gave it.
I always fear at the end of an administration that we will never fully know the level of shit that went down behind classified closed doors. And I have the same worry now. It's just that I imagine the "level of shit" for the last eight years to be so much freaking higher than previously.
I wonder if any of that information was in those documents Sandy Berger accidently stuffed down his pants and then accidently hid under a trailer. I guess we will never know that one either.
