Wow. Reading something like this sure makes me wish I were able to look at the negotiations for no-bid contracts and those secret energy policy meetings conducted before the war.

And could it be...might it be...possible that Dubai is attractive to the CEO of Haliburton for the same reason it is for Michael Jackson? The lack of an extradition treaty?
